Whenever someone asks what if Eitaku was straight people always say the same thing "The game would be less popular because no yaoi" and "We'd have a lot of guys into yandere girls/girls into yandere guys depending on who gets turned into a girl". Eito and Takumi are rivals, but they're not rivals because they're guys- they don't fight for Nozomi's affection or who will be the stronger soldier- they fight because Eito is an evil schemer and Takumi wants to stop his schemes to keep his friends safe.
