I like Mori more than Kilo. Don't get me wrong, Kilo is sexy as fuck but Kilo introduced clear powerscaling into nikke. Kilo pretty much confirmed the worst, and that was core fusion was multiplicative which in turn confirms that Rapi: Red Hood is significantly stronger than red hood. Kilo was able to destroy a heretic while being comparable to a rikker in strength. Like there was genuine discussion before whether rapi's red hood form was even anywhere as strong as red hood.
