About the new rainbow equipment blueprints:Event stages drop .7 per AP (so 14 for stages 9-12) with the distribution for the type of blueprint being random. Normal stages drop them based on the tier of main equipment, and the type of blueprint depends on the stage. So for example Stage 29 which drops T10 necklaces, hairpins, and bags drop 15, 11, and 11 rainbow blueprints per sweep. I still don't know how to find out how many rainbow blueprints it takes to make up for 1 real blueprint.
