here's the harsh truth. you need to iron your fundamentals. you need to know when to go face and when to trade. this deck and aggro in general is such a delicate dance between victory and defeat. i dont know what to tell you other than always make the most threatening board possible so your opponent doesnt have time to make theirs but tries to clear yours in suboptimal ways. if youre not threatening lethal by turn 4-5, probably just bottom right and go next. also dont try to win board once youve lost it. just ship everything face and youll most likely win

Well it's because Warrior barely needs to run shit. The optimal list has 8 generating effect, so you can just Discover your early game with buffs and the rest of cards are volcano+torch support and the staples like the 4 and 5 mana dragon and finishers. Hit the generators and the deck becomes much more reasonable.

i also dont think what you are reporting regarding the warriors you face is a pilot issue. 2-3k players in general are not complete dogshit and can pilot a deck with a certain effectiveness. i think its honestly just a bad matchup but again stats say otherwise so i really dont know

Quest Mage is bad for many reasons but not running Morchie is retarded, she's meh before quest is complete but afterwards she is one of the strongest cards in your deck because you trigger 4 effects instead of 2.

That list is old, when Raptor Herald was reintroduced everyone put it in the deck. Smoldering grove is ass so swap it out for raptor, or alternatively you can keep one techy and one grove.

It's not even the best deck lmao. Hunter gives all his minions in hand, deck and on board +2/2 every turn, and Shaman hits your face for 18 and the board for 8 on turn one, and can do it the next turn unless you break his weapon.

So flame, grove, techy are all bad but they have some uses, consider maybe what you are facing first. Smoldering is good in slower matchups to find good cards, flame is excellent against token deck and rogue's flashback, techy is very nice to have on the swing turn but a brick in the early game. I think the list is fine but personally I run 2x flame over smoldering.
At one point i was facing like 50% warrior and I switched out flame for 2x glacial shards, that was sort of useful.
Overall the cards in question have marginal impact on WR because they are bad regardless.

The idea is DK herald has infinite minion generation so shaman quest makes sense as they get the benefit from it, + DK runs a drenai minion and there are no neutral ones, + mana rush lifesteal beast is broken. Could probably put a healing rain in instead of the resurrect spell tho.
Alikir still summons alikir appendages tho so that's good.
