You kill a boss, loot drops, and you see multiple people roll 100 on multiple pieces of loot with a bunch of people rolling mid or high 90s behind them. This is not normal. Stagger can spike to 300% very quickly so no you can't just send it at 100% all the time. The skill in playing brew is basically your ability to clear as much stagger as possible. Try to clear it too fast and you won't be able to clear a lot of it at once, but greed too hard and your damage intake is gonna be too much.It's kinda hard to explain, i think you would learn this stuff on your own if you had a proper UI. the only thing that really disappoints me this expansion is the move away from active dps healing. The atonement nerf sucks as voidweaver.It wouldn't be so bad if holy paladin crusader playstyle wasn't dead in the water either.Mistweaver is okay as far as damage buttons go but I've never been a big fan of how uncontrolled their kick healing can feel. Might give them another try.
