I convert all my excess silver into banknotes, 1 bank note = 1000 silver and they stack fairly high so no space issue
Traders are set to always carry and accept banknotes without exception
I can also build silver stacks as a building for 1 space storage but massive beauty bonu to a room

Oh dear...You can run conduits from a source of electricity to things that need it, s'all under the power tab if you have electricity researched. Hidden ones cost a small fraction more steel but I recommend them for more than just aesthetic reasons I'll not spoil if you still wanna try regular cheaper conduits.

I did textures for myself for plate armor, labcoat and few others that I mainly use.
I do other textures if I happen to notice something doesn't look good.
One hair retex mod didn't add anomaly hairs so I had to try make my own, not as good but they are no longer blurry..
It's really boring tho.. you would think it's just a few lines and slap some color on it, but if something is not just right it will look bad.

Storytellers tend to be extra forgiving after suffering big losses which abandoning a colony usually is. However assuming you have experienced pawns equipped with decent gear you'll likely generate wealth much faster so it's good to be prepared for bigger raids earlier.

I think is finally time to recruit someone else.
I farmed way too much so I have a food surplus and the raids are becoming dangerous now.
Clawers are way weaker than I remember now that I removed most mods, especially since I forgot that I can't send them to attack a specific target like trained animals, but they were still useful in the last attack with 11 manhunting cougar in a pincer move, but Harrowgate got a bit hurt after having to tank alone in the rec room while everyone were firing from behind her.
PS: Why real life economy can't be as good as in the game? I have time to play this morning because nobody is coming, the streets are empty.

kenshi has a better political overmap and more world interaction, raids aren't just randomly spawned at your 250x250 map edge they travel between settlements, but on the other hand kenshi doesn't have the rimworld dlc stuff like xenotypes and ideology

This is literally why Kenshi is more complex than Rimworld, rimworld is extremely simplistic and bogged down by bad code that makes Kenshi look like an optimised game. It simulates everything that happens in the world whereas in Rimworld the only thing going on anywhere is on your map or on another map loaded by your pawns. You're conflating content expansion with actual game system complexity.

it's because things often break and are janky if you edit them in character editor. you can get things like backgrounds that have incompatible body types, traits that contradict each other, it doesn't do anything intelligently.

so saying that the only place that has ever been seen to happen is in ce is like saying that it is a weird thing to happen.

kenshi is an rpg, it doesn't have dynamic scaling difficulty, a beak thing is just as powerful as it was back when you were at only 5 strength
it doesn't do background calculations and simulations, things (and loot) load as you enter the area
it runs like shit because it's open world and you can have multiple zones being loaded and rendered at the same time due to your guys being able to move independently
