I added LotDB, Vigilant, Unslaad, and Dacoda which combined is 10GBs, yet it only added 3 seconds to my launch time. As long as a mod is using BSA the size doesn't matter. It's the quantity of unpacked assets like voice files that seem to have the biggest impact on launch even with an NVMe SSD.

For fun, I exported the SDA dialogue lines via xedit and had them counted up with a script. Turns out that a lot of them are for other charatcers, Serana "only" has ~182k lines. Elevenlabs creator provides 121k credits a month and 1k extra credits are 0.3$ once you exceed those. If I have to do every line twice (which, I hope, is way too pessimistic), that'd "only" be around 80 bucks in total. Honestly might do that, but I need to play with SDA first to figure out if the writing is good enough. I doubt that I can just let elevenlabs do it automatically since not every line is created equal, but checking every single one sounds rather time consuming

I got a fear of dragur from clearing dungeons like 3 hours into a new character, and it basically locked me out of going anywhere with draugr because having a fear of an enemy type makes your stress spike to 100 almost immediately when you are around them, and early game that's enough to reduce your stamina and magicka to 0 which crippled my character.you can only clear fears by killing the enemy you fear. I managed to kill a few using traps and cheesy tactics and it didn't clear. After that I got pissed off and turned on god mode just to see how many dragur I would have to kill to remove the fear, and it was never removed after clearing 3 entire dungeons full of dragur. Then I uninstalled the mod.

You get elven equipment at lvl 12, orcish ar 6 and then regularly at 25, dwarven at 12, etcGood gear starts spawning really early on enemies you regularly kill. You slaughter hindreds of these people and when you do, it makes the armor not that special. Not to mention the arm fulls of enchanted gear you come across. You get TONS of enchanted equipment. Continuously through out the game. If they reduced the likely hood of getting this stuff, it would feel more valuable. But, they dont want to lock anyone out of anything so they didnt. Installing things like scarcity really help then that equipment out so when you do find it, you at least double check it.
