Quickplay is definitely rigged. I played a few matches today and slowly but surely I noticed the teammate quality deteriorate with each subsequential win. I'm 18 wins on 20 matches played this season. I do think this game does specifically target (You) for a loss if you're doing too good. I wouldn't even say this is a revelation since It's a been a contentious point of discussion for a while now, but I am under the impression that if you're winning to much the game will begin tipping the favor towards the opposing team's win probablity by gimping your teammates with really, really, low ELO players, or as low as it can go without basically making it obvious.
