In fact filler does absolutely nothing. This will make skill speed a negative stat and make filler horribly boring, even more than now because WWT is a GCD.Stardiver combo contains no oGCDs which seems like it will feel slow and boring even if the GCD is a little faster, unless fights are specifically designed to demand you use burst constantly then you are better off saving it all for a potion like some sort of faux 2 minute or for dancer to give everyone partner (assuming it exists) and each dps party member bursts in order.

You can feel it in the DD being shit, in the variant, you can feel it in 8 man, 24 man, and the trials.Their cost saving way of doing this is seeping into the content in such a way you can just tell that they aren't even putting effort into anything no savage or ultimate anymore, and that's 100% due to yoshida putting people like Ozma in charge of everything and his refusal to make anything not tuned to a 2nd fight savage at the lowest complexity and difficulty for these at the base.I miss the times when casual content was bespoke, when they made 24 mans without the understanding they were going to retrofit them and leave space for the chaotic. Before he DD had to leave space for the quantum, when dungeons and fights felt like they gave a damn about the normal mode for balancing instead of as an afterthought after they catered shit to streamers and then stripped shit out for everyone else.
