Hit 20, teleport to pandaland, tp back and grab a mount, go to the place u want to lvl and just stock up on quests. I think it was about 60 quests total. I did trisfal - barrens - hillsbrad - northrend in about 3 hours all told. Including breaks and food. Then u can do the DH for 25k gold and buy heirlooms. I actually did a 2nd DH run last night and got almost everything fully upgraded. I didn't get in a guild to buy the heirloom hat/cape but u can probably do that on a main if u want.

Also in general its pretty easy to see problems in the game from a ui and gameplay aspect of there is no continuity across the game and classes, it has random things from 10 different xpacs spaghetti coded across the whole azeroth and its starting to seem really sloppy. At least we have Player Housing though!
