I loved silksong but hollow Knight is so much better. Silksong was so easy it felt like a pushover
>>
>>564960092
You're implying that Silksong is easier than original Hollow Knight?

Yeah I felt the challenge from hollow Knight.
Silksong was way easier for me. I even misses the nail upgrades my whole playthrough. Can't imagine how easy it will be with 80% more damage kek

I did more QTEs in RE 6 prologue than the entirety of 4 and 5 combined.

so I noticed that by default the UI scaling on retroarch is a lot smaller than on windows

Are you using display scaling on either Windows or Linux?

>>565050329
no
maybe its a plasma issue?

>>565052482
I think retroarch is trying to calculate UI scaling by itself and uses different logic on Windows and Linux. Ideally if they want to do such thing they should make DPI aware application and rely on display scale set by system.

Is there a way to have LACT just choose the default settings on startup? Or do I just have to disable it on startup? Assuming if it's disabled it will revert the GPU settings. I'm kind of assuming it won't due to it making edits to that configuration file. It'd just make life a bit easier if I didn't have to enter nomodeset even if that's barely an effort.

So far, every Resident Evil game I've played until 6 hasn't crashed once, now in 6h of RE 6, I crashed twice, losing progress and had to redo 15+ min parts again.
At least the game has no performance issues like people have been reporting on Windows.

Finished Leon/Helena campaign, despite the gameplay improvements on 4 & 5, the game is frustrating to play, due to camera, qtes, cutscene interruption and visibility, like they took the criticism of 5 being to bright so seriously so they went full retard and made 6 too fucking dark, like I can't see shit for most of the time.
And the crashing of course, ruined my enjoyment of the game immensely, having to redo entire sections of the game over and over again isn't fun, they should've made it save on every fucking checkpoint and not after every loading screen where the crashing happens.
