I think the reason I cant get myself to like Ralsei actually hit me, more than just how pathetic or overly saccharine he is. Behind those, he SHOULD just be a friendly guy, but he isnt to me. The real reason I dont like him is because of how untrustworthy he is presented as. He doesnt actually explain anything we couldnt already confirm without his word, he knows stuff that he shouldnt know even when you account for the prophecy, he's constantly trying to work behind our backs, he functions differently to all the other darkners, he still looks like a fucking dreemurr as if that's just supposed to be normal and not at all for an ulterior purpose, everything that's been talked to death about him so much already is still at the forefront of my mind when I look at him.He already had a "Ive been hiding stuff from you, now I'll explain everything" moment and it explained nothing, so Im less likely to trust a SECOND "Ill explain everything" moment now, so that leaves 2 potential outcomes to me. Either he's genuinely evil or untrustworthy and Ive been right to dislike him this whole time (Probable, maybe not likely though), or you're just meant to trust him anyway and most of the weirdness surrounding him was supposed to just be accepted at face value. I cannot see a future where he explains everything about him in a way that results in "Im actually a good, trustworthy person who's always been on your side and never had any ulterior motives against you", I just can't. Im stuck waiting for him to make a heel turn flowey moment and turn against us, if that never happens I dont have reason to believe he has good explanations for everything, and havent for nearly a full decade now. My best guess is that Kris will lean more towards completing the plan on the Weird Route and more towards sticking with his friends on Normal, although that's just a shot in the dark. I don't think Ralsei's intervention is gonna solve everything, but it will help get things moving in the right irection.

Susie will stick with the SOUL after you manage to get away from Kris. You'll reconcile her with Ralsei then get Kris to come to their senses and stop being a bad guy. It'll basically be reverse chapter 1 where you start with Kris, Ralsei joins you, and you have to win over Susie.
