Fei does a lot of damage when she works, the 100% crit rate for 1 turn after evade is down right broken. But she has obvious downsides that make her gimmicky.Evade is her only defense mechanism (effectively -25% damage), she has no taunt to force enemies to hit her, some enemy attacks prioritize defenders so you have to dump them, and scaling off ATK instead of HP/DEF means she can't both deal retarded amounts of damage and by tanky. It's one or the other.If there ever is a char that can force enemies to attack Fei, she will be broken.

Fei only triggers 50% of the time and you'll have plenty of times where you lose that coin flip 5 times in a row. Or she gets broken and can't act. Or she just gets fucking sniped immediately.Now, Fei is not useless. She's really fucking strong, her DPS ability is high and her potential is through the fucking roof. Plus she has a lot of viable ways to build her, which makes her surprisingly versatile. But you need to put in way more work to make her usable and she's always going to have some degree of RNG involved. She's a high risk high reward unit where sometimes you hit the jackpot and you get crazy crits that trigger every turn and there's fuck all anyone can do about it.
