Gun heroes / carries being extremely strong and hard to counter is a good thing (once they scale) the game design is supposed to be that >Nukers / actual spirit heroes (not M1s that get free spirit damage) are strong early game, can push an early lead and prevent carries from scaling>Carries if allowed to play freely without being contested get essentially a free winAnd there is really nothing wrong with that, the PROBLEM is that most carries are also strong at all points in the game, think Mirage, Infernus, and Wraith, are they the absolute STRONGEST laners? Probably not save for maybe Mirage, but they're still strong enough that it shits on the entire game design philosophy. Pair this with the fact ganking is difficult on such a small map with no vision, and certain do everything heroes also having insane mobility. If you're against a Haze and Kelvin for example, with limited vision, it's trivial for a Kelvin player to come back his carry, saving her from salvaging her early game. I don't really what the "fix" for this is aside from the obvious nerfing of a variety of carries early game strength, but even then ganking isn't as easy as it should be and against certain comps a 2v1 quickly turns into a 2v4. I'm wondering how THIS aspect can be solved, because it this isn't addressed even with nerfs it still feels like freefarming is too high reward with too little risk.
