They're not putting FOMO on those where you must play within a certain period or miss out on them forever.

Which is why I've been playing Lisbell with Kezhou's gun and Momiji.Other than that, I think her charged attack should get a buff too. You just have to finish the msq to unlock it. Although it does have some time limited rewards but those are up for another 30 days.

You can also wait ~3 weeks when they start officially showcasing it and decide which you want.I wouldn't recommend using any hourglasses unless you have at least 70. Pity doesn't carry to other banners, so you don't want to use a bunch just to not get a gold drop. By starting with 70 you can get 20 extra free rolls to guarantee the pity at 90.

Top pick for the upcoming lumino summit will be either Su Yi or Kezhou.I'd say it's fine to use max out ult + range stat if you got some treads to spare and like her. Maxing passive is a relatively small increase to dps, maxing E is not worth at all.
