We also know Doey and the rest of the rebels only arrived in Safe Haven after Poppy disappeared.What if Ollie led Doey to Safe Haven, knowing he could then corner Doey there and later get him killed, either with the generator explosion or, like he does in-game, through getting Doey to freak out and attack his allies?
