Its like I suddenly forgot how to play the game. A week and a half ago I was Diamond 1 looking at GM. Now I'm one loss from Plat 2. I dunno what the fuck happened.

They need to undue Magneto's bubble shield change, and nerf shield abilities across the board. I'm just hitting shields more than anything else in the game, it's starting to feel like Apex Legends.

There are so many problems festering underneath the hood of this game, Crowd Control abilities are the perfect example of what was the first thing to become an apparent problem, and I remember calling out how blatantly overpowered invisible woman was because of the shield spam and CC and that's because they gave way too many CCs to every other character. It's starting to feel like shield-flation.
And the longer this game is out the worse it's going to get, eventually you're going to be able to run comps of full shield, full cc, invisibilities.
Imagine if they drop a tank who can cloak? It's going to make the gameplay so fucking shit. Even characters like black cat are one patch away from being legit broken because sometimes its nonstop disappear attack disappear attack, and that's way too much evasiveness for just an ability. Blizzard unironically had the right idea to make characters simple and give them one gimmick

I get the healbot complaints, as there are many carried no damage scrubs in this community that deserve to be called out, but at some point when you actually have competent damage dealing healers on your team who engage when the team is topped off, the issue has to be pointed inward towards whoever else is fucking up. It's the easiest scapegoat to hide shit performance. When there's multiple enemies in the backline, not just some run of the mill one trick Spidey, there's a clear space issue not being addressed. If half the enemy team can slip by 4 players, you're either blind or have tunnel vision to one player for some reason. Also if you're diving, and I don't care if you're Cap or Venom, and NOT coming back to get healed, that's you overextending. If ally DPS aren't killing a flier, or killing when it matters, that's a DPS issue.

The logic being not risking being down a man and of course up the odds of taking out an enemy. However 3 healers on 1 DPS seems excessive. I just played with a teammate who came into the match with anger, insulted someone on the team and proceeded to stay in spawn for 2 minutes because he didn't want to play Support even though he knew Rocket and Mantis. He was complaining the entire match and despite his bitching in our ear drums, we won.

What you don't get is that almost no tank in this game has sustain or healing. A burst of temporary bonus hp is not sustain. It just gives you a brief window to run away when you get low.

Venom's job is to jump the backline, make them pop some cooldowns and make them turn around so they're not healing and then escape, wait for shield to come back and do it again until the supports throw their keyboard across the room. He's not a brawler--he can get away with it in a pinch, sure, but he shouldn't be standing there expecting a pocket and if he is he's not making good use of his kit. One of the best things about Venom is that he doesn't NEED babysitting so your supports can focus on other people.

No he's not, the Void wasn't the sentry being schizo it was actually Knull the whole time. Also he's Grendel from Beowulf and he's where dragons come from. And he created Knowhere. (This character's first appearance was in 2019).

He shows up on Earth with an army of symbiote dragons and they beat up every hero ever so bad even Captain America loses hope. Then all the villains join in because he's just that badass that they all agree they have to work together but he beats them all too. And then he makes them all evil adn the grin like him. Every single Marvel book has to drop what they've been planning for months to participate in this. Deadpool 2019 never gets its actual ending because it has to do King in Black instead.

They eventually get the god of light to kill him but he gets better and he takes over the lightforce dimension later.

Sus's good vs. dive because she can contest them pretty well. Even if she's not 1v1ing them, pulling them back when all their cooldowns are burnt can be a death sentence, or even pushing them so the cooldowns are wasted. The pull is one of the only regular causes of my deaths on Venom, when it cancels my swing. Vortex can make it hard to exist in her space and her shield slow effect can make life miserable if you can force them through it (e.g. in a doorway or even just dropping it when you're being chased)

Oh, and general tips for the others mentioned, maybe they'll help and maybe they won't, but trybto hold on to Namor squids until you can dump both then hit someone with a right click. If they aren't looking st you they will probably die. Getting headshots seems hard at first and his spear has an arc but its also fat as fuck so easier to land than you'd think. Even spamming body shots gets squids back faster if need be. If you aren't doing anti dive with him, just walk to like a 30% off angle and dump the squids. Someone will die.

Playing Thing is an exercise in reatraint and discipline. Anti-dive or anti-flier aside, he should be approaching very cautiously using cover and such. He is a very lopsided hero who sucks until a brawl breaks out but is absolute king of the brawl. Your goal is to stay alive and carefuly advance until you can push in and then delete their tanks with haymaker. Can also lure them into your space if you have a cooperative team. Use jabs for squishies. For anti dive, instant dash slam cancel them and they can't dash out then jab them to death, leap if they get away to finish them. Can leap to your allies on dive to get close and keep them alive.

The rifle build was good against bosses but even now they have way too much fucking hp (not to mention you're literally useless against the hordes) and the shotgun build is not as good as the other characters against hordes

2 Gold lvl 60 gear can either get you stuck on 80 or all the way to 160, all depending on bonus stats and if you focus on crits or super crits.

basically, your account must have N160 unlocked.
Go solo queue and aim for specific map. Then you can go to a (bugged )spot and afk for 2-3 turns something. You don't have to kill anything because it's time based challenge.
