Arrowhead has a Rubick problem. Admitted straight from Piles' AMA when he said that they can't balance the game like DotA. To explain the Rubick problem, in DotA, Rubick is a hero with a spell that can steal literally any spell that someone else previously casted. This ultimately means that ANY buff or nerf to any character in DotA must always be taken into consideration of how Rubick will take advantage of it. If you do not think about, then Rubick will be able to abuse a buffed spell in a way that breaks the game. In Arrowhead's case, they buff and nerf all willy nilly without thinking about all the things this will ultimately effect. This is most noticeable with the changes to enemy durable damage that was changed to balance the tank but, because Arrowhead were retards and didn't think about how it would affect the mech or even the GATOR, it resulted in those vehicles being crippled into being pieces of shit by that enemy buff. Now, even with the current mech buffs, the enemy durable damage has increased even more, and the FRV is now on the cutting block because these faggot devs didn't think about how these enemy buffs would affect it.

We need another 60 day patch that really just does a comprehensive overview of what each weapon should be capable of versus every enemy. We are in a total hodge-podge of poorly thought out buffs and nerfs that make weapon power vary so drastically. Deflate the number growth on both sides for health and damage and generally just get a hard reset.
