I don't know how are they going to handle the Master packs, they might be playable for newglutties or at least that was the plan so you shouldn't need to catch up. But each pack take like 1 hour counting the fights. The problem is that you might hit a wall in pack 15 or 16 due to needing a better team composition or levels or gears. But a weekend or a week should be enough if you pass the roadblocks

SP1-8 will be easy. Those were the OGs when the game first launched, so pretty much anything will roll them.
SP9-12 will probably be fine, maybe. Some of the bosses might be rough.
SP13+ the game is expecting you to be using buffers and have decent-ish gear. You either one shot them or they one shot you. You'll be fucked.

On auto-play with all the spoken dialogue I'd guess each SP takes between 2-3 hours.

This Taros was actually pretty fun and decently challenging. A couple of the harder ones even had me stumped for a minute or two even as a oldglutti. I definitely recommend all newgluttis that seriously want to get better at game to do them without a guide since it actually makes you read enemy skills and use knockbacks effectively. They should really put some better rewards in here though to encourage more people to play it. Kinda hope they put that new burst currency as reward next week.

I have another question. The BD2 dotgg page has the recommended build for Eclipse with a Dragon Scale's Protection I, but I upgraded a Shackle of Treachery II by mistake, However. It has two 41& Magic ATK % lines opposed to the Dragon Scale's Magic ATK and Magic % line. Is there a reason it is recommended over the Shackle?

The guide is just using the base icon, it doesn't actually want you to use a URI's over something with a higher rating. I would use always use the higher rating gear when it comes to gloves even if it isn't BIS besides the crit rate ones. Even then the difference between double %atk gloves and flat atk/%atk gloves is only a couple dozen atk points unless you've minmaxed your substats or even sometimes reversed.

When it comes to substats, the things you reroll on, the only 2 things you really want are cdmg and %atk. If your being smart its best to get your cdmg substats on your armor and accessory since you'll be sharing those between damage types.
