The strongest tent dmg buff in the game currently is GMurphy's waltz, which for 3 arithmetica gives 28 tent dmg at E0 lvl 70 and around 40 at E1 lvl 70. After the buff, a roused lvl 70 Tulu casting his 3 cost provides 18 permanent tent dmg AND 18 strength (which tentacles also scale off of), so you can think of it as 36 tentacle damage. And that's before taking into account any of the actual effects of his 3 cost. I think his buff is really good.

She was already a great healer since her exalt devour effect heals based on missing hp, but if you can get her a Thais super baby (or the infinite devour cursed relic in arc 1), that initial devour heal is repeated without recalculation of the team's hp after the first. Her strength generation from her soulforge was okay (2% attack of perm str after playing her cards), but with these buffs, getting 5% attack perma strength just by playing her 0-cost and maybe a Strike or Defend every turn sounds promising to me. And that's just in a vacuum. Other awakeners and wheels can boost that strength generation or reduce the costs of her cards to help Leigh's cards fit into any given turn. Buffing the damage on her 3-cost wasn't really needed, but I'll take that, too.Her real issue is still with her stats, but Light said that they're working on a method for all standards to get extra stats, so I'll wait until we learn more about that.
