The troubled development is well known at this point.But even before Destiny's end Bungie displayed a general lack of care for issues and never bothered addressing them. Remember how long they ran on an outdated engine? I still don't know if they upgraded since.The funny thing is that, if you look at all the documentaries of Halo's development, those games had troublesome development too.
