Now obviously this Aug does not do more damage than Dev does with Fire Breath and that's because of both various in game passives you can see but also even more stupid modifiers on top of that shit. A very common thing that happens is (and I have no idea what feral actually has so this is not a literal example) "feral druid has a baseline aura that actually reduces bleed damage by 15%, a new druid passive that gives them a new bleed isn't effected by this and now that bleed is doing 15% more damage than usual". I have no idea the context for this change but presumably those two changes listed meant that the passives were not effected by a global nerf/buff Aug does to its own damage and thus were doing X% too much/too little.
