The gender disparity is very simple. It's in the kind of game. Genshin is very casual exploration and simple combat. HSR is even simpler with autobattling and the like. ZZZ is balls to the wall 100mph execution heavy action. Genshin and HSR appeal more to women simply because women are more likely to enjoy casual gameplay and RPG's. Women making up more of the demographic means it makes more sense to appeal to them more often and keep them invested. ZZZ appeals more to men because men like character action ninja gaiden DMC gameplay. Obviously men can like casual games and women can like action games, but demographics are a thing. It's why the men ZZZ does get are typically very cool and designed to appeal to men and women alike, while Genshin and HSR can get away with male designs so homosexual they would make Hugo blush.
