Things that would have improved Rogue Trader:1. Xenos companions. Preferably one ork freebooter, one kroot mercenary, and one slyyth mercenary. All of these have existing canon interactions with working for Rogue Traders, and they can say interesting things about their culture when you talk to them.2. One more additional difficulty level over Unfair. More enemies have player character classes and momentum, more enemy officers, and more unique gear like how Cinder actually uses his unique hammer he drops. Do NOT just inflate stats, one of the improvements of Rogue Trader over WotR is that they toned that artificial form of difficulty down, instead actually give them interesting classes and gear just like the player has.3. Argenta romance. It doesn't matter how you personally subjectively feel about her or about romances in general, this is by far the most fan requested feature. There is no lore preventing it, in fact there are multiple stories of them having relationships both romantic and casual.4. Tighter endgame. People say this about every crpg and it's easy to vaguely say, but I think in this case the game really would have benefited from more time with your colonies, unique quests that you actually land and go do on your colonies, late game companion quests for Abelard and Argenta and some others, and playing around with your endgame gear and classes. Narratively you kind of just hop through the portal and then the game ends a couple hours later. Have the other side of the portal have more stuff, make it a whole chapter.5. More reactivity. Again, easy to vaguely say about every crpg, but in this case this setting has these well established factions or schools of thought that oppose each other, and the player has the opportunity to join one. Make this matter more. More colony projects that reflect it, more dialogue that reacts, more quests that have branches depending on it. I wouldn't mind an entire dlc that was just "more reactivity throughout".

I've been playing this game for 15 years and still don't have a dark side character. I do not have one of the easiest achievements in the game, which is to simply be dark side 5. I have all the hard ones like doing every chapter on master mode difficulty, but I can't be mean to the pixel people. I never really liked doing the dark side playthrough in kotor1 or kotor2 either.
