When I look at DBO I see a game that'll take us into that world. I'm also getting the feeling West City is going to be the only explorable thing in the game (not counting maps for battling), which I hope I'm wrong about. This is built up to, though, because there is some attention drawn to his stature. Further subverting expectations, Black kills Red for such an idiotic goal and becomes the final arc villain; this makes sense though because it plays on the idea that the RRA wanted conquest and he intends to fulfill it.Similar subverted expectations can be seen in the likes of Kami being Piccolo's good half, Vegeta being so much smaller yet so much stronger than Nappa, Frieza and especially his final form being small, just about every part of Buu's forms, Beerus being a skinny amoral catman instead of some huge bulked up evil monster, etc. Even things like Supreme Demon King Kuu or the Evil Eye being the equivalent to truckstop dick pills, they play on the idea of how a story "should" go and take a swerve, subverting what one might expect. IIRC, his official power level is 1,500 according to the Daizenshuu which is *extremely* low for a Saiyan adult, just barely above a Saibaman (1,200). Nappa is 4,000, Vegeta 18,000 and many low-class warriors like Bardock end up higher through experience.
