Helen, sadly, isn't a very "meta" doll so if you want to be THE very best you shouldn't spend any more collapse points in her, and instead try to save up as much as you can for an upcoming doll called OTs-14 (could be up to half a year) and try to max her out. Rolling for guns isn't usually as expensive as it is a 75-25%, so you COULD do it without much issue, this is just in general.Of course, meta is dull and you won't get many dolls, especially if you're strictly F2P, but it's up to you. I'd decide first whether you wanna be a collectionist or go for meta
