This is the 4th time in as many cycles that Janris has come to me to ensure I truly did authorize the purchase of an enormous toy train set to run along the walls of my quarters and the bridge, as Lady Cassia told him I did
>>565789557Good point but luckily for us the kotor games count>Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (often abbreviated KOTOR or KotOR) is a role-playing video game developed by BioWare and published by LucasArts.>Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is a role-playing video game developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by LucasArts.
Obi-Wan was right
Wasteland 2 is alright so far. I really hope we eventually get an announcement about WL4, and that it's not "also it will be first person hurr durr" or some shit. I have no idea about the studio that did Jagged Alliance 3, but I think they did a pretty great job and I'd love to see 4. Looks like JA3 was 2023? I had no idea it was that recent, maybe there is some hope for 4, but my gut feeling is doubt, mostly because JA3 didn't make a huge splash.
>>565789640hopefully never

KotOR's gameplay is trash, but it's peak Star Wars theme park so it's okay. It nails what it sets out to do.KotOR II is absolute dogshit though because it wraps shit mechanics of I (with absolutely zero improvements whatsoever) in pretentious snoozefest hack writing on top of being an unfinished buggy mess.
HIIIII CEEARRPEEEGEEE I HAVE A HYPOTHETICAL FOR YOUJOSH SAWYER KIDNAPS EVERYONE ON THE PLANET AND THEIR WAIFUS AND HUSBANDOS! >>565799374>Force-useranon that's rape
Reminder that Revan was pushing 40 and Bastilla was like 19 years old. Major ick with that whole love story right there. Luckily that type of romance wouldn't fly in current year.

>>565801768my hot take is that Cassie should break up with you if you force her to do this
I'm gonna play some wotr because I crave Pathfinder. What class should I play to do a Disarming Strike build?
>>565804173yes anon it's a stupid fake dilemma meant to separate the red button pressers (logical choice, it's risk free no matter the outcome) and the blue button pressers (moral choice, you assume others are as moral as you and nobody deserves the bad outcome) so are you chaotic evil logical or lawful good emotional
>>565804895The question is a gotcha for retards. The entire blue argument is "Yeah but what if a toddler/retard/insert here's favourite colour is blue" so you can claim anyone that doesn't take that into account evil which is kikery of the highest order.
>>565805074>The question is a gotcha for retards.no shit, and the fact that crpgg fell for it twice tells you what?
I would press blue while recognizing red is the logical choice because I would want to increase the odds of the blue camp being safe because I care about my fellow human being
>>565805345But this hypothetical is about cuckoldry
Pressing blue is more exciting.
[Presses the red button while smiling threateningly]
I don't like you. Die! [Presses the red button]
I would press blue because that has a chance for no one to be harmed. Pressing red only ensures that you personally are not harmed while potentially contributing to the harm of others. It's just a simple question of whether you would ensure your own safety to the potential detriment of others, or whether you have a "we're all in this together" attitude. Red is logical but selfish, and blue isn't less logical per se it's just more cooperative for the common good with a potential risk attached. That's all.Blue is my first instinct. After some consideration, I remain with blue. If you're willing to harm others for your own safety, that says something negative about you as a person, and I simply value being upstanding more than I value safety. Especially in this case, where there's a chance that everyone is safe anyway.
>>565801328didnt you post about starting your playthrough like 2 days ago? how are you already level 16?
>>565806087Yeah okay we get it you're a nice person. Try living in Kirkwall or any high crime shithole and tell me you wouldn't smash red.
>>565806087
>>565804895Are you implying there isn't a sizeable proportion of fetishists who are going to press the red button simply to satisfy their fetish?
>>565806087But you aren't harming anyone. The logical solution is to press red. The people pressing blue are voluntarily putting themselves in harm's way for no reason. Blue has no effect unless someone presses it. It would mean the sane people risking their lives for suicidal people or morons. It would only make sense to press blue if children were voting since they wouldn't know any better and would likely press it by mustake.
Well, Blackwater was certainly an interesting dungeon. I can see why It has a reputation. I liked it though. It was nice to have a big “locks and keys” type dungeon design without it being an actual puzzle dungeon.
>>565806997You are potentially harming people, because if the majority don't vote blue, then the people who voted blue get killed. So if you don't vote blue, you are contributing to that potential outcome, since the only way that outcome happens is if people don't vote blue. Voting red is introducing the possibility that anyone is harmed. Voting blue is voting for the outcome of no one being harmed. It's simpler than many people try to make it out to be. It's a question of whether you would allow for any possibility at all of your actions harming other people. I you want the answer to be no, then vote blue. If you're ok with the answer being yes, then vote red.
>>565807937I hope people stupid enough to vote blue die because I don't trust the massive low trust civilizations (asians and africans) to do more than 20% blue
>>565807937But how? It's literally:>button 1 nothing happens>button 2 participate in a dangerous rng suicide game where you might die if others don't also join the stupid gameThe red pressers aren't causing harm, voting blue would cause harm to yourself Assuming everyone voting is an able minded adult most people would press red.
>>565806997>It would mean the sane people risking their lives for suicidal people or morons. That's what anon is already saying in nicer terms. Are you willing to take the risk on behalf of the inevitable blue voters? Or do you only care about yourself? In which case red is a no-brainer. Do you see yourself as part of a group (humanity) that's in this together or do you only want to ensure the best outcome for yourself? That is classic game theory. Where you're wrong is that you assume everyone is as logical or selfish as you and that there wouldn't be a lot of blue voters.
/pol/ time
Lord Zash performing nude inspections of her new apprentice.
>>565808315Naive bleeding heart white people would press blue, meanwhile Rajeesh, Ngubu, Chang and Achmed would press red.
>>565806165No I was just looking for a good class to match that portrait. I'm at the end of act 4 and was bored of my previous class.
Voting red whilst convincing others to vote blue is the optimal solution. If blue gets less than 50% you get to wipe out a bunch of smoothbrains. If blue wins nothing changes. Its a win-win to vote red.
>>565808447>The red pressers aren't causing harmNot actively, but they are complicit when knowing the two potential outcomes. If you can save a drowning puppy but choose not do because maybe someone else will, you didn't actively drown the puppy. You didn't help either.
Yrliet would press red and she's never wrong (fuck 'em monkeighs)
>>565808447I just explained how the red pressers are the ones potentially causing harm.If you vote blue, and blue wins, then your actions did not cause any harm.If you vote blue, and blue loses, then you only harmed yourself. If you vote red, and red wins, then your actions did not cause any harm.If you vote red, and red loses, then you just killed every blue voter. The question is fundamentally whether you are ok with your actions potentially harming others, for the sake of your own assured safety. I the answer is yes, then vote red. If the answer is no, then vote blue.
>>565798769
Yrliet won't have sex with humans. But if she would, I think she'd prefer human women.
>>565809239>then you just killed every blue voter.I didn't they voluntarily put themselves in harm's way. It's suicide, not murder.
>>565809453at least they don't have hairy faces, mostlyI wonder if Yrliet would be happier with a felinid humanAeldari like those Grynx, those cat-like xenos, maybe she'd give one headpats
>>565809601>imageIt's not correct that pressing red means nothing happens. You KNOW it can potentially mean a lot of people who pressed blue die. You just don't care. What if your mother presses blue, anon?
>>565809601You're still not getting it. The red button is nothing happens TO YOU. The blue button is only a death gamble FOR YOU if more than half of people don't join you.Because if you want to be holistic in how you approach this, then the red button would also have to be labeled "Nothing happens to you, but pressing this kills half the voters other than you if people don't join you in your pessimistic style of thinking". Both buttons potentially lead to half of voters being killed, but the red button leads to the OTHER half not including you dying. The blue button leads to the half you are part of being the one who dies.So as I said, the questions fundamentally remains a question of whether you are ok with your own actions potentially leading to harming others. Red pushers potentially kill other people, while blue pushers potentially kill themselves. That's the real question.I would rather die than potentially be a rat selling out other people for my safety. Simple as.I will press the blue button every time, and you can call me as illogical as you want. It's a matter of honor.
a vast majority of women would pick blue and kids would also pick blue to save their friends or a pet. This is already like 50% of the population and there's no reason to just not press blue yourself with this knowledge outside of being a massive attention whore
>>565810251you have no honor
