I've been playing D4 non stop every day since the expansion release. I am genuinely having fun. It's weird. I never got this feeling when I played PoE2 on release. It was just constant struggle, angry and frustrated all the time until some shit was figured out.In D4 I just logged in and immediately start having fun. Asynch trade made gearing too fast which made the maze too short which made league die in 1 week. The only reason it doesn't happen in PoE 2 is that the game is so unfun and convoluted that nobody bothers to learn how to play the game at all.
