Quinn often gets compared to the other girls, and it's not flattering. The adept girls are colorfully designed and have quirks, nuances, and agency. They're funny, charismatic, and have some spiciness or tragedy to them. They activate your protection reflexes because they're often deeply hurt in some way. They have more going for them than just being GV's lap pillow.

For as much as you guys love GV2, it had the most underwhelming and miserable final level and fights in all the Gunvolts and iX games by a huge margin.The Garden is just slaughtering dozen of weak enemies across samey corridors and flights of stairs. They're all afraid of you too. This could be empowering, but they don't do much with it. They're not screaming 'he's unstoppable,' they're saying 'we're dead men, so let's make our deaths count.' Babel in comparison was an awesome last level. It had a lot of variety, some challenge, and you felt like you were taking on long odds, yet still ripping apart Sumeragi. With bosses, Zonda is half your size, and she's not set up like Zed and Nova. When you see her for the middle-of-the-story bad guy cutscene, she's bug-eyed freaked out over the people you've killed, kneeling on the ground praying, whereas Nova is shrouded in shadows smirking that he's in complete control and Zed brought daytime to Gunvolt for the first time.
