I want the gameplay of MDE without the filler of floors 1-5 and the still pretty dull 6-10.I wish MD wasn't tied directly to the game's main economy so any adjustment to its core functions effects how many shards people can get, so they could experiment more with it. I don't understand why they tied shard income to MD when its main inspiration, IS from Arknights, is a side mode where they CAN make it engaging and difficult because it's all optional. IS is loved enough there's actual fan organized competitions to clear it meanwhile MD becomes a chore. Limbus gameplay isn't the issue here because MDE itself is actually engaging, the problem comes from floors 1-9 being tied up in being farmable meaning they HAVE to be boring.

I think the coolest part of the middle team is seeing the enemy hit you for like 20 damage, and then you fire back for 300 damage. The next thing we need is a cleansing EGO, and the team is going to be doing even better. Sinking can be manageable since you have SP on demand, bleed can be reduced with Princess Rodya and FangLu. The middle also forces you to read what the enemy skills do so you can choose which skills you can let through and which to clash.
What else needs more members to be saved though?I can only think of Bleed + bleed tremor stuff.

Charge only exists to shine in MD. They lock their damage mods behind gifts, and every little gift helps. The T4s, even more so as one would assume. Charge-type Gloves is an immediate +10 Charge Count + additional Charge in the following turns, allowing you to spam your S3s easily.They paid a heavy toll. In exchange for being easy to use, they are also incredibly bland and perhaps even frustrating to run.I've once slept through a Charge run not even 10 minutes in.
