Nah nothing that horrific. I got mine done by a pro. After repartitioning my SD card so I could put Linux and Android I first flashed Linux. Then I copied the backup of the contents of my SD card back onto the Switch. Everything was fine. Horizon OS worked. Then after flashing Android I got "Invalid GPT Signature" and I couldn't fucking boot Horizon OS. One of the Reddit replies said to delete the emummc folder which worked, but of course my games and saves are not there after I do that. So I need to figure out how to properly migrate everything back in. It's likely going to involve just restoring the saves into a fresh emummc then reinstalling the games. Massive pain in the ass.

Nintendo Direct showed some interesting stuff.

Still haven't updated the switch 2 bought on launch.

And I don't feel like buying a second one for a crack that might never happen, especially for a firmware that likely most people aren't on beside a few like me.

Is it still likely for a crack to happen ? Or should I just give up and update to enjoy the few worthwhile switch 2 games to have less buyer remorse ?

If i play those games and then use pksm to trandfer the mons to Gen 7 and then into home will they retain the origin mark properly?

I have a hacked Switch V1 that I want to factory reset or something to (hopefuly) be able to go online, as I want to play Pokémon Champions but don't want to spend on new hardware.

My sysNand has a ton of not-so-legal software but I don't care if I have to reinstall some of them as I'd like to create an emuNand.
I've already made backups of all my saves using JKSV in order to restore them on the emuNand.
IIRC I set Incognito and 90DNS years ago when I first hacked the switch.
I'm also not sure what to do with the efuses, would the burn when I update the console via nintendo servers? Do I care if this happen?
Also I don't have a nand backup, when do I make one?

TLDR: I have a hacked sysnand that would like to clean in order to go online and then I'd like to have an emuNand to keep playing "backups".
