They use the blue Energy Points bar. >Crafts are your 'special moves', which are unique to each character. They can be a wide range of things to AOE physical/magic attacks, healing moves and buffs, enemy analysis, and so on. These are instant to use but often have a longer cooldown before your next turn. They use the green Craft Points bar. Now to answer the spirit of your question, I don't think Towa is really the artsy type, we never see her working on textiles or whatnot. She's better with computers.
