A lot of people I used to do Ultimates/Savages with would joke that the venn diagram is just a circle. The main thing is a lot of them are too shy to be horny on main. I've also seen a number of high end raidgroups break up due to e-dating/e-fucking issues. At the end of the day it's a social hobby with a lot of people in it that are horny, lonely, and stressed after raiding.

However, my experience with specifically ultra hardcore raiders (People trying for world prog, going 20+ hours a week raiding minimum, often raiding on multiple chars and selling clears, etc.), was that they are by far some of the most lonely, depressed, and unhappy people I've ever met, many of which are willing to throw away their life and health for raid.I was sitting around after raid in UWU one day in the voice chat, and listening to our PLD talk about how he needed back surgery, but was asking his doc to put it off and just give him pain pills for a few weeks so he could keep raiding, even though the doc said it would hurt the outcome of his surgery to delay it. Some people genuinely just lose their lives to raiding and it's wild.
