If you run devil dice dupes with draw you won't need either of the draw ones, quietus discard is shit with the sword rain from GY build due to 1 quietus card only, and you don't need discard because sword rain does not have quietus. He doesn't do enough damage for the discard damage buff so if anything the personas he can get are overkill and clog the hand. Get an additional copy or two of the painting card which draws 2 per linked card which is a better investment if you didn't manage 4x devil dice with divine.As for engraves, get the morale when there are cards in the GY one. Get items which increase action count and give a teamwide dmg buff when the action count procs (from 30 exploration). Resonance is also good. Make sure you use his upgrade cards to thin the deck, honestly I'd even recommend deleting joker, since with a thinned deck and Rei as the third also with a thinned deck, it becomes redundant. At least shuffle can be exhausted. You want to play all four sword rains per turn so you'll need +1 ap from somewhere for the fourth sword rain, but I usually get it from ravaging. The optional thing would be to have -1 cost divine on the sword rain or draw to make sure the early turns aren't abysmal.

Others simply won't feel as good as her even if I think she's not overturned Operators suffer from lack of C.DAMAGE and C.RATE in sortie because of no frags. C.damage is solved with Sylvia and C.rate is solved with specific equipmentSylvia's buff goes for the entire fight so its straight up OP for bosses, and you can easily get your c.rate to 40%+, so her damage is hust far ahead of everyone else
