I can accept 1pp 1 damage storm with maybe 1 or 2 occasions per match of them being buffed by something like Cerberus/Adahime. When they become 1pp 3 damage permanently is when they become broken. Milteo crest is so broken and unfortunately, untouchable.

we already have decks that are good into midrange and evo while milteo has been terrorizing ladder for quite a few months now so i would probably focus on bringing that deck down in standard. changing niggerman would also bring down the power level for evo and midrange but depending on the change they can also move over to using granjeeta which isn't going to work as well for milteo decks.
