There should be a built in function or a mod that makes the game upscale during photos. Overwatch has a setting that lets you take photos rendered at like 8x normal resolution. Cyberpunk is like halfway there allowing you to enable Path Tracing only when you take a photo. Just implement a rendering option please. For the love of god.
