I just realized how to fix the problem with Eagle Rocket Pods. Just fucking change them completely and replace its role with something better.Eagle ATGM>same uses and call-in characteristics as rockets>just locks-on and fires a fucking SPEAR missile at the biggest targetEagle Rocket Pods>remove specific enemy targeting>increase projectile spread to 10m radius>increase explosion radius to 4/7/10>increase explosion damage to 500>increase explosion AP to AP4There we go. Now Eagle 1 gets a dedicated single-target anti-tank weapon standard to real ground attack aircraft and the rocket pods now fill a role more consistent with their real-world counterparts. This also puts it in a nice middle-ground between Eagle Strafe and Eagle Airstrike without making it objectively better than either.Never gonna happen, of course. This would require Arrowhead to add any red stratagem, even when it uses assets already in the game, and change some numbers around on a stratagem that nobody uses in the first place.

How do you fix the galactic war? The system sorta has to be the way it is or we steamroll the map in two weeks. It's always going to be and feel artificial as the map has to be reset with enemy attacks reclaiming planets to prevent said steamroll. The deep rock system might work where active sectors are rotated and the whole capture defend system is scrapped.

>>566203682Gas grenades are a best in slot contender item. If you don't want heavy clear with Thermite/Giga, Gas is pretty much unparalleled. The Gas dog is good. Probably my favorite dog. I don't use dogs often, but it's easily the best at keeping you safe. Gets fewer kills than the normal dog, but you are way, way safer. Also pretty much friendly fire proof, since Gas basically never kills teammates. The rest of the warbond is eh. The stim pistol is potentially interesting, but basically requires you play with irl friends you can coordinate with. It's not worth wrestling with its shortcomings if you only play with pubbies and randosThe Sterilizer is ass. Way better than it was, but still ass. Pretty much only for directly aiming at your teammate that is getting swarmed, because the damage is so bad they won't die from this. The armor passive is decent, but is only worth it on the heavy set which is super store anyways. The heavy set+ health booster makes you 100% immune to Gas. Gas the shit out of yourself and be untouchable on bugs. Outside of this it's pointless, no enemy uses gas, and friendly gas doesn't do enough damage to warrant an armor passive. Either you're bathing in it so need 100%, or aren't so don't care.

Sterilizer is best against bugs that cluster together in massive groups since it makes them hit one another. This is why the Sterilizer is something that is specifically good vs certain bug strains and enemies.
