Activate damage cards, you have access to the damage options. In both cases you have a focused option and a more AOE option. Most of the time, you're going to use the healing cards. The one that bounces between allies and provides a lot of healing is going to be your bread and butter. The AOE is your cleanse. This one is harder to use, but if you get good with it it nullifies a lot of ults. Use your damage cards at your discretion. There are lots of youtube one shot combos that use all your cards. You generally don't want to do them.
