Jiuyuan is supposed to be one of Nanally's best teammates but I'm not really sure how to use them together. I usually just find myself switching between Nanally and Sakiri for the flat damage increase. Whenever I do play as Jiuyuan I find she doesn't deal a whole lot of damage, even when I am timing her ult until after I've put the debuff on enemies, and she's also got a pretty slow energy build up for character switching. And when I do get to switching from Jiuyuan to Nanally, I never really notice any significant boost in power from Nanally.
