Also, unlike eggs, Milteo isn't on a timer to build up their wincon. Eggs NEED to be playing eggs and Lish or they lose, Milteo can play the best tempo every turn til 5 or 6 where they play Milteo. The deck is just blatantly overtuned, and relies on the meta have very strong ward and healing options (which it doesn't) to keep it in check.
