The only other type of person I can think of that would do that is a suicide bomber or kamazki pilot. The difference being is that Pretty didn't explicitly set out to hurt anyone else, although at least two people died during her assassination. Assuming Pretty was hoping to die at that comeback concert, Anis/Mint were collateral damage in her planned assassination.

While on the stage, after the assassins' have taken their shot, Pretty sees the incoming bullet. There, on the stage, as she sees the bullet moving towards her in slow motion, she connects the dots. She has an epiphany. She realizes that if she dies on the stage that night, she'll be free of Mustang and will propel the cause of NIKKE Rights further than its ever gone before. Only there, in that split second, does she realize this is a possibility. With only a few split seconds to decide, she goes over all those loved ones she will leave behind, asks for their forgiveness, and moves her head into the path of the bullet. She didn't plan on this, but now that the opportunity is right in front of her, she takes a step forward and meets her fate. That, IMO, would be an acceptable way for the character of Pretty Star to have died with integrity and honor.

We saw Anis die in Pretty Star, but Mint and Prika had to bring up how they became Nikkes. Mint was at the concert, which is how Hanson enlisted her at the hospital with Anis. And Prika was killed in a car accident of some sort and she was a young idol talent as a human.
