Thats a distance that will take you at LEAST 25 seconds to cover. Since a 3 second duration skill is extended to 7.2 seconds on a 2400m track, that means distance S is worth around the same as activating 3.5 3 second white velocity skills on the final stretch, all at the cost of 0SP.
