I think the nicest thing about NPCs in this game is that they reflect a lot of design choices of PCs and vice versa. PCs feel like a more premium and detailed blinger out version, to varying degrees like 50% to 20% more (compare Fiibi chuupi to NPCs for examples as someone that's very close to normal NPCs)The PCs still look great and stand out but they're more accentuated designs that come from the substrate of their local fashion and wear rather than looking like different races, groups and castes

I haven't played since launch, but I saw a video of some cool looking mech transformation thing and even though I know that's probably mostly just a cutscene it's compelling me to reinstall.
