What is the Sonic fandoms obsession of trying to recreate the characters? Do you really like the characters if you change everything about them for your own art? Isn't the the whole point of the ship of theseus debate? Like sometimes I just want to say I like something and certain people just can't stand that. Some don't even do anything but complain and then if you just say you like something without expressing some form of criticism (or in the worst cases even if you are) they start attacking you for "ruining the games", saying stupid shit like "you bootlickers will accept anything!" when all I said is that I like a story or something.
