Theoretically having good dupes does mean that instead of needing to roll new chars all the time, you roll more copies of a char you like and it does the same trick.Now it will kill any sort of balance if you do so on their release, but that's what whales do no matter what anyways.Like if you love your Rossi, what are you gonna do in a year or two?
