Honestly ok bench option if you play it out when allies die but he ain't got the coins or count.

So with ID's like Aroma & Solitude Ryōshū she's landing so many coins that butterfly from SL Sang itself is worth Rein's turn in a vaccum, then the rest of your team and Solemn Lament himself & an eventual Gregor Solemn Lament nuke EGO press w' butterfly already set up.

Rein is still really good though, you can honestly dump him in a generalist team with like the other 2 Index's and any other sinking/poise and just use the statuses for ramp up and a cool debuff and get results.
It's just Furioso for being strong isn't as strong as the team wide mass bonus DPS from butterfly.

Bleed is in an odd state so this one is more personal opinion then practical proven value.

- Ring Hong Lu (Your new boss ID, his S2 is a 3 coin which self assists a 2 coin)
- Contempt Awe Ryoshu (Best block button in the game for bleed)
- Ring Meursault (He sadly vs single target pound for pound stronger than La Mancha)
- Ring Rodion (With Meursault just makes Ring Hong Lu's conditional's easy + Sanguine)
- Kurokumo Heathcliff ( K K Kliff)
- Kurokumo Ishmael (Wife of K K Kliff, both are solid count + privileged potency)
- Ring Yi Sang (G O A T, sometimes just have still the best count infliction for no reason and above average otherwise)

An alternative trio core you can run but I personally think is weaker is w' La manchaland Don/Meursault/Rodion over the Rings and replace Ring Sang with Manager Don

That's 7 count which is 3-4 skills otherwise worth of count injection, it's been shown and tested and we know this is insanely strong.
Even when Ryoshu is dead that also means Rules of the backstreet on heathcliff can be +4 on count or Manadon can be +6

Is that bloodfiend ring elder going to show up at some point? They bring up a lot of auxiliary world building characters often enough for me to not expect them all to ENTER, but them mentioning him specifically twice on separate occasions makes me feel its more likely to be an actual chekhov's gun for a future character

To get a bit of extra bleed count that you frankly do not need. You can keep bleed count on the enemy and greatly improve your DPS by just actually using Albina Faust. Not to mention that at max ramp up, Albina Faust herself inflicts a lot of bleed count.

Additionally spamming Ryoshu's guard makes you generate Sloth instead of Lust, Envy, Wrath or Pride. This means less EGO resources to use Sanguine Desire which inflicts much, MUCH more effective bleed count.

When Ryoshu eventually dies, that'll trigger a free ROTB from Heathcliff so Don will be inflicting 6 count on 60 bleed for 320 total more DOT even if Ryoshu were to die like turn 2 from blocking 2 hard hits.
Faust ain't getting this damage on average no way no how especially when she has to get out her armor.
You're asking for a bleed team, this is the strategy that gets you the most value out of bleed and most of all maintaining it which also means your other ID's are constantly at max conditionals.

I tried BD2 while I was away from home since I didn't have anything to play and it was meh. Very boring story (no shocker for a gacha but still) and gameplay was ass too, every fight felt like a stat check. Only redeeming qualities are the coom animations (which you can just look online) and the fact that it's very generous. Don't know about the other 2 games.
