The problem is surviving the bullshit the superbosses throw at their teams, like the dragon doing typeless constant AoE that lowers max health. Masketto has lower health, and is therefore easier to KO. This is a fact.5: The superbosses are resistant to the usual Masked Man cheese, like Chronostasis, making him less valuable. This is a fact.Therefore, for the absolute whales of whale content, the MC is simply less useful than a whaled adventurer, which is why they often shove him in the backrow as a knight or other tanky support classes. I'm progressing through the beginning abyss but there was this group of enemies on the way.Admittedly, I was annoying so I just tanked the hefty MP cost and cleared them with Alice, but then I started thinking.If I didn't had Alice, the fight would have been difficult.The Priest instant-kill is too much gambling for me, specially on such a big group.
