The last overtuned tank was actually fucking emma. Tankpool has been strong but never the dominant tank. Thing, rouge, angela, and now Dino seem to be/were balanced or mediocre on release. I think its time to talk about headshot multipliers and how they have no place in this game. 850 hp seems like a lot of health but since the Dino's skull is so fucking fat is more like 425 hp against anyone who can do headshot damage. Instead of addressing the problem of headshots being overpowered they slap a bandaid over it by giving him a reduced headshot damage passive which doesnt actually fix anything.Poke and ranged damage will always be dominant as long as headshots are as strong as they are. If anything the 1.5 multiplier should be the baseline value and Jeff/Dino shouldn't suffer headshot damage at all.
