This event would have been kino if they stuck with the outpost instead of using it as a throwaway big boobs joke. I thought it would begin with Mint getting jealous, then trying to figure out exactly why all these women who mog her love SKK, then finding out about his morals and character, how he is the number one Nikke activist, how he sacrifices it all to give the girls a better world and to reclaim the surface for all of humanity. This would simultaneously give her something to reflect on in how little meaning her fame really has in comparison, while also giving her a deep and more meaningful love for SKK beyond, "omg he has abs."Then she feels guilty and goes to see Anis, and Anis is like, "Yeah I already know, he told me that first day he bumped into you." Then they formulate a plan to drag Prika into a foursome. Alright maybe it would need a better ending but something like that at least.The segments are at least mercifully short and I'm still open to seeing where they do take it. Thus, they make the most of their time in paradise.Bay has trouble adjusting to being completely out of her element and not in control. On the other hand, Clay flourishes in an environment where mistakes can be made and her clumsy nature isn't causing her any trouble. The mass-produced Nikkes keep their distance.After weeks pass without any sign of help, the Commander realizes that they can't wait forever. A new Rapture threat must be present somewhere on the island that's jamming their communication, and it's up to him to train and lead his Nikkes on an expedition to neutralize the threat. The gap is bridged between the Nikkes from different worlds, the Rapture is taken out, and rescue finally arrives.In the epilogue, the story of Rewind's island survival gets mainstream attention, blowing all expectations of their original photo shoot out of the water. Bay and Clay become hosts of a reality TV series where Nikke contestants compete in various games on the island, adhering to the same makeshift dress code.
