Cammy IS weak albeit, and tifa is about to replace her. All she does is poke and slime confirm them into medium damage. Her specials are all shit if spammed and need to be mixed up and spaced well. Which is how every character should be but we're not in that timeline. She also has no mickey mechanic or anything to set her apart, her chargeable specials are just for combos and don't really affect the opponents decisions.
